The Salyut plant automated payroll accounting and personnel structure on the basis of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product with the assistance of the Samara branch "1C-Rarus", the press service of integrator reported.

Tasks

For ensuring automation of accounting the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product is used. The program corresponds to specifics of organization activity in the field of personnel records. The staff of 1C-Rarus Samara company made installation of a system on jobs of users.

Implementation

During installation sections are automated:

• Registration of personnel;
• Accounting and payroll;
• Accounting of payments and deposition;
• Calculation of taxes and insurance premiums;
• Preparation of the regulated reporting;
• Formation account and cash receipt orders;
• Formation and printing of applications for issue of money;
• Formation and printing of payment requests.

Result

20 jobs are automated. A system is put into operation.
