On "Samara electromechanical the plant" the implementation project of a data management system is complete

The IT-Consult company completed in the fall of 2017 an implementation project of a data management system at an operational phase of products of JSC Samara Electromechanical Plant

For the purpose of ensuring the centralized storage and quick search of test and operational data on products of the enterprise by specialists of IT-Consult company the software package TRIM-PMS (development of NPP Spectec) was adapted and implemented. The software package TRIM is intended for management of physical assets of the organization at all stages of their lifecycle, including production (construction), delivery (purchase), operation, maintenance and repair (MRO), reconstruction, replacement and write-off.

In the course of its adaptation and implementation in JSC SEMZ the following works were performed:

• It is adapted configurations of a software package for requirements of the enterprise;
• Integration between a software package and test stands of the enterprise from which it is necessary to collect is implemented and on a centralized basis to store data;
• The functionality is developed for the registration and information storage connected with operation of products;
• New reports using which the staff of the enterprise will be able quickly to obtain all necessary test and operational data on products are developed;
• Training of staff of the enterprise in work in a software package is provided.

One of the main priorities for us is providing the products released by the high-quality plant, - the chief designer of design-technology bureau on the generating complex Igor Shuvayev says. - In this regard before us there was a problem of collecting, storage, processing and information analysis about defects and failures of products at an operational phase.

In a project deliverable the enterprise had an opportunity:

• is structured to keep in electronic form test and operational information on products of the enterprise and also the claim from Customers on these products;
• in the automatic mode to obtain data from test stands;
• control onto the data obtained from test stands;
• quickly and in a convenient type to obtain all necessary information on products in case of obtaining claims from Customers."
