2026: Agreement with ER-Telecom in the field of telecommunications and smart home

Samolet Group and ER-Telecom Holding Joint Stock Company signed an Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Telecommunications. ER-Telecom Holding announced this on February 3, 2026. The partnership will provide residents of the developer's residential complexes with a full range of home management technologies and communication services that will make their lives safer, more convenient and more comfortable.

Within the framework of the Agreement, ER-Telecom Holding will deploy a modern infrastructure at the Samolet facilities, including: intercom, video surveillance, digital television, high-speed Internet, communication services and a virtual control room based on the UJIN OS platform. Also, at all objects of the Business and Select class, Ujin smart home devices will be available for residents: users will be able to manage them through a mobile application or voice assistants.

The Parties plan to cooperate on the construction of communication networks at development facilities within 3 years from the date of signing of the Agreement in the amount of at least 100,000 premises. Technologies have been deployed at Samolet facilities in Moscow, the Moscow region and the regions of Russia.

For those who already live in Samolet homes, everything will remain as before - the existing communication services will continue to work unchanged. For February 2026, residents through a single application can control the barrier for entering the territory, open wickets, the front door and receive video calls from the intercom, monitor the readings of heat and electricity meters, order passes to guests and couriers.
