Norbitol ensured migration SberFactoring to the system for interaction with customers on the basis of the domestic low-code platform. BPMSoft Automation covered all domestic business processes companies, simplified and accelerated transactions. The implementation of the project made it possible to adapt key operations for an instant reaction to changes in market conditions and demand for financial services. Before the start of the project CRM SberFactoring , it had an outdated interface and insufficient functionality for the company, which reduced the efficiency of users. Difficulties with scaling did not allow adapting it to increase the number of customers and data on them, which led to a decrease in performance. A transition to a flexible modern system was needed that could meet the growing needs of the business.

BPMSoft was chosen as the platform. Its main competitive advantages are the high level of performance, as well as the synergy of bpm descriptions and low-code design, which gives new control and flexibility. You can now adapt processes to the business logic of the company without a large amount of coding, with the configuration of reference processes and their change to industry specifics.

As part of the migration to this software, the NORBIT team systematized the creation and processing of applications, counterparties and potential customers, and automated the generation of documents. In addition, the integrator has simplified work with the factoring calculator and the supply register. Work centers were also created for all participants and a single transaction interface was set up.

SberFactoring specialists will work in a single information space, operating on common reliable data from CRM, which will simplify the adoption of management decisions. The system allows you to monitor the execution of processes at all stages of work with the client, analyze the load and efficiency in real time using pre-configured reports and analytical models.

We have retained the necessary structural features for users to work with transactions based on our extensive experience.
