Digitalization helped management Shurtan Gas Chemical Complex more effectively manage - it is production economic processes and reduce labor costs in divisions by 30%. This was announced on July 3, 2023 by the First Bit company.

At the time of the start of the project, all accounting and some other operations within the company were carried out manually using MS Excel. The company's accounting systems were separate and there was no integration between them. Operational data was entered into adjacent accounting systems by re-entering the data manually. All of these operations required heavy labor from employees, with many tasks remaining unresolved as focus was shifted to manual processing rather than management decision-making. In addition, the collection and accounting of actual production costs was not carried out, so it was almost impossible to control the budget and analyze cash flows.

The absence of a unified system for maintaining operational and management accounting, collecting and generating reports, as well as opportunities for analyzing and monitoring processes in real time served as a prerequisite for the start of the project for the implementation of the 1C:ERP Enterprise Management solution. Additional information systems included in the project were: "1C: Enterprise Accounting for the Republic of Uzbekistan," "1C: Payroll and Personnel," "1C: Document Flow" and "1C: Contracts" - the corporate system of the head organization of Uzbneftegaz JSC, as well as warehouse equipment used to automate work in the address warehouses of the enterprise.

The implementation project was carried out by two teams from different offices of the First Bit IT integrator. The office "First Bit Tashkent." took over the implementation of the blocks Document flow"" and Motor Vehicle Management"," and the office "First Bit. Sports" was engaged in the implementation of all other modules. Automation business processes took place according to the design technologies Scrum using the methodology. Agile This approach was chosen by the experts of the "First Bit" in order for employees to SHHK start working in the information system immediately, as the blocks are ready. Also, during the work, project teams could receive operational feedback from users about the functional system and adjust the work before ON it was put into trial industrial operation.

Thanks to the transition of the Shurtan gas-chemical complex to the 1C":" system, the ERP quality and efficiency of management in accounting financial and spheres, as well as in the field of monitoring the main indicators of the enterprise, has increased. The creation of a single information space has increased the efficiency of interaction between all participants. business processes The efficiency of the formation and receipt of all types of reports has increased, including additional consolidated statements, which allow the company's management to make operational management decisions.

Separately, it should be noted that as a result of the project, the holding's management decided on the need to normalize the NSI within the holding by creating specialized structural divisions.
