2025: Transition to VK HR Tek begins
The Siberian Mining and Metallurgical Company is introducing a cloud version of KEDOVK HR Tek from VK Tech. 50% of employees already work with documents in digital format, by the end of the first half of 2025 it is planned to connect all personnel. VK Tech announced this on March 12, 2025.
SGMK has 6,000 employees, including 80% - workers, 20% - office staff. Branches of the organization are located throughout Russia.
Before switching to VK HR Tek, SMMC used a mixed format of working with documents: some enterprises used paper document management, and the management company worked in another system K. E-DOCUMENT FLOW However, SMMC decided to switch to VK HR Tek, choosing a cloud solution with mobile access.
As of March 2025, SGMK digitized the processes of vacations, business trips, transfer of employees, combination and execution of personnel documents. In the future, it is planned to expand functionality, including the digitalization of the motivation system.
