Softline completed integration of Adobe Connect into the system of the corporate resources, the press service of integrator reported on February 19, 2013.

Objectives

The idea to make the system of holding of conferences Adobe Connect more convenient in use – result of complex developments of specialists of Softline on improvement of quality and the number of internal services for employees based on a corporate portal.

"The purpose facing us – was completely decided to make comfortable work of users of a system and the technicians servicing Adobe Connect, – Alexander Reshetkov, the head of support department of users of Softline company, the project manager noted. – The staff of the company received the next high-quality service based on the portal – the convenient tool in use for holding web conferences. The interface of the virtual room is changed according to corporate style of Softline. Now the staff of the company can easily and quickly create a webinar, having visited the corporate page and also to manage it and to browse other planned actions in the calendar".

Solution

Project implementation:

  • the reference on work in Adobe Connect under needs of the company is optimized;
  • are created the mechanism of automatic registration of a webinar for any employee of the company through a corporate portal and also the calendar of conferences on it;
  • process of automatic check of readiness of the organizer, speaker and participants to an action is adjusted; * the system of notifications about the held webinar and also the convenient mechanism of use of records of web conferences and automatic control of archives are created;
  • flexible management with access rights to an action by forces of the organizer is provided;
  • lifecycle of a webinar without involvement of technical specialists is organized.
