The AXELOT WMS system allows Yug-Tool to effectively manage the warehouse in Krasnodar, taking into account the specifics of all business processes. Axelot (Axelot) announced this on November 29, 2024.
The AXELOT WMS system allowed to automate all the key business processes of the South Tool warehouse. It replaced its predecessor - the previous WMS could not meet the customer's needs. The productive interaction of project teams made it possible to create a solution that not only fully meets the needs of the business, but also has the ability to flexibly adjust to changes in processes.
For example, the following capabilities were implemented within the framework of the project:
- accounting and control over the production of warehouse employees appeared;
- automatic separation of goods flows at the acceptance stage for subsequent layout planning;
- Improved shipping control procedure and reduced errors
- Implemented the ability to use BOMs when performing basic operations
- It became possible to use storage locations at all stages;
- it is possible to maintain and monitor the state of storage facilities.
AXELOT WMS allows you to monitor the dynamics of the warehouse in real time. Different replenishment strategies are set up in the system, and warehouse processes are optimized to maximize the accuracy and speed of order processing.
The company's future plans include the development of the system in cooperation with AXELOT.
