Having analyzed current situation, the management of State farm came to the decision on project implementation of setting and automation of a management system in economy which implementation on the one hand will allow to adjust managerial and financial accounting, and with another — to become a basis for updating of an incentive system of personnel, increase in efficiency and performance at the enterprise.

Already in the project progress it was succeeded to reveal a number of thin places, discrepancies and gaps in business processes, distortions in an organization structure and areas of responsibility for key indicators which correction will allow to increase company performance, to find vectors of further improvement of business processes in divisions of the enterprise.
