The state institute of Russian upgraded the Education in Russian portal

On April 19, 2017 the Croc company announced upgrade of the Internet portal "Education in Russian" by request of the state institute of Russian of Pushkin. The project is veiled within four months.

Project Tasks

The institute executes the government program of promotion of Russian in the world. The portal - "person" of institute therefore it was required to upgrade it and to create the modern interactive instruments of online training comparable with world practices.

Project Progress

The command Croc carried out research, changed approach to updating of information on the portal. The first steps to monetization of services of institute are implemented:

• automatic formation of rates,
• introduction of service of individual teaching support,
• advertizing on the portal and so forth.

When implementing the project the technology with the open code RubyonRails (RoR) is used.

Project Results

Using the portal teachers can create rates for each language group of students, using a set of interactive tasks and formats of communication.

The functionality allows teachers, without the address to the site administrator, to independently create and fill rates. Interactive templates of tasks are for this purpose used:

• video and audio-format,
• automatic creation of crossword puzzles,
• binding of tasks within a rate in uniform content history, etc.

Our fundamental task – to make studying of Russian available to everyone in any corner of the planet. Today we really reached new level, having provided to listeners from the different countries the modern instrument of training. It is pleasant that the professional command of CROC could penetrate into our specific tasks and for small term provided their solution on the Education in Russian portal.
