"Stavropol the Car" started a power supply system of automobile plant

On November 21, 2017 the CROC company announced the project of power supply of hi-tech automobile plant Stavropol Avto LLC.

Project Tasks

Construction of the plant in the city of Mikhaylovsk of Stavropol Krai began in 2013. In 2016 the contractor undertook works on ensuring power supply of the plant.

Specialists of the company should connect production to external networks of the Interregional Distribution Grid Company (IDGC) through "entrance" substation (PS) 110/10kv and to distribute tension between three producing departments and 19 infrastructure facilities of the enterprise making a uniform industrial cluster.

Project Progress

Laying of cable passages between territorially spaced objects of power supply was complicated by existence of the other engineering systems, overpasses and the railroad. Engineers of CROC selected optimal solutions on placement of channels, working together with other contractors and used the Russian equipment, optimizing the customer's costs.

The requirement of the customer - to perform works on power supply in a short time. From the beginning of construction of electrical systems before commissioning there passed 10 months, at planned dates of similar production 18-24 months.

Specialists of the company designed and constructed transformer substation 110/10kv 16 MW, 11 transformer substations 10/0.4kv and the on-site electric networks, having provided with power supply production workshops, administrative and process facilities in the territory of more than 200 hectares.

Project Results

The CROC company performed all works in time and at the due professional grade. In June, 2017 the Stavropol Car enterprise was started in the test mode.
