2022: Introduction of Axelot TMS X4 and Axelot SCAP

Center Paints has implemented AXELOT TMS X4 to automate the management of its own fleet and AXELOT SCAP module to automate route construction. This was announced by AXELOT on September 27, 2022.

One of the features of the Center of Paints company is its own fleet, which has about 20 units cargo transport and allows you to deliver ordered products to customers. in time By its own transport, Center Krasok delivers within and, Moscow and Moscow region for the delivery of cargo to customers outside the region, the company uses the services of a third-party carrier, to the hub goods the company delivers by its own or attracted transport.

In order to optimize the management of the fleet, keep records of unimodal and multimodal transportation, accounting for transport logistics costs, as well as control the delivery process by own transport, the Center of Paints company has implemented AXELOT TMS X4 with the AXELOT SCAP module to solve route planning problems.

Thanks to the implementation of AXELOT TMS X4, the Center of Paints has the ability to keep records of the costs of fuel and lubricants and leasing, and now the management has access to information about the real costs of the transport division. And with the help of the AXELOT SCAP module, when planning flights, time delivery windows for customers, repeated trips are now taken into account, and the rules for the availability of geographical areas are observed (the need for a pass to enter some zones of Moscow is taken into account). The software module allows you to plan optimal routes in a short time, using both time and cost as optimization criteria.

The process of monitoring flight performance using the Mobile Client was also automated. It allows you to see the driver's passage of the route at the flight points and record the exact time of arrival at the point and departure from the point. Initially, drivers met the need to use mobile devices without enthusiasm, but in the process of adaptation they are accustomed to and now have no idea how they did the work differently, because such an organization of the business process simplifies the requirements for mandatory actions as much as possible and provides the most prompt support in case of non-standard situations. The mobile client is also used by drivers of third-party transport companies. Also, within the framework of the project, the functionality was implemented to calculate the salaries of employees, taking into account the actual KPI of their work.

In order to organize the exchange of documents and regulatory reference information, AXELOT TMS X4 was integrated with the corporate information system using the DATAREON ESB service data bus.

Customers of the Center of Paints company were also able to appreciate the positive changes that occurred due to the implementation of AXELOT TMS X4, since especially for their convenience, the system has the ability to send an SMS notification about when their cargo will be delivered.

As a result, the Center of Paints company has received a convenient tool for managing transport logistics, thanks to which it can analyze the actual cost of flights and plan the budget for future periods based on updated data.
