Stroyproekt introduces WorksPad for mobile work and corporate device management

2025: Completion of the transition to WorksPad

WorksPad The solution is used in two scenarios at the same time: as a superapp container for personal devices of employees and as a system MDM for managing a corporate fleet of devices.

Before the departure of foreign IT vendors from Russia in 2022, Stroyproekt used the IBM MaaS360 product, then Check Point Capsule. After the developer announced the end of support for ChP Capsule in the spring of 2025, the customer began piloting WorksPad, and then immediately decided on industrial implementation. Other products were not considered, as the customer needed a full-fledged EMM (Enterprise Mobile Management) platform, and WorksPad became a relevant choice in the market. As of September 2025, the implementation project is in an active stage: WorksPad is already working on employees' personal devices, and is also deployed in MDM format for corporate devices.

As part of the project, Stroyproekt received a WorksPad container for employees' personal devices, providing access to such resources and services as mail, calendar, contacts, working with documents and corporate, and files enciphering data selective removal of corporate information , if necessary. The implementation of the WorksPad MDM platform for corporate devices allowed the implementation of centralized policies, inventory and compliance control, the ability to remotely manage corporate information on devices.

Foreign IT developers demonstrated their unreliability, so we needed a stable platform supported in Russia that would simultaneously work with BYOD devices and allow centralized management of corporate devices. There were no particular difficulties with WorksPad.
