On May 30, 2014 JSC Leto Bank and Jet Infosystems company summed up the results of cooperation: from "blank sheet" in two years more than 440 client centers of bank, more than 1500 POS points and racks of sales are opened. Project geography – 59 regions, more than 430 cities and settlements, from them over 90 – beyond the Urals. For this period more than 720 thousand clients used services of bank.
For the first time in the banking sector of Russia the "IT Services and Competences on Demand" model is implemented in full. The Jet Infosystems company is general IT provider of bank regarding infrastructure and the uniform center of responsibility, replacing with the service of operation and development the most part of own IT service of bank: from Service Desk operators and system administrators to logistical managers and processing of accounts of telecom operators. At the moment on service there are about 700 the automated jobs (AJ) in Moscow and more than 3500 automated workplaces in regions. For last year the service Service Desk processed more than 70,000 requests from users, made about 800 changes on the working infrastructure without stopping of work of bank.

Heavy heritage of technologies we are deprived and we aim to minimize an IT landscape, at the same time ensuring smooth operation of users and business processes of bank. The model of outsourcing allowed us to remove from himself non-core functions, it is essential to reduce an implementation time of solutions. Other model which would allow us to ensure functioning of business in 3 months after making decision on start is not known to me for today, and for project launch I was the only employee of IT service of bank", – Sergey Bochkaryov, the deputy president-chairman of the board comments on Summer of Bank.
"On rates of development, a variety of work types, a geographical coverage and on interaction model the customer contractor the project – unique for banking sector of Russia. Digits speak for themselves. For example, only for 2013 we constructed 260 infrastructures in new departments, started 1200 sales points and 3200 jobs in more than 400 localities. Record levels: March, 2013 – 40 departments of sales are opened, June, 2013 – 222 sales points are opened. At the same time in IT department of bank only 15 specialists are engaged in creation and operation of infrastructure, and only one person is responsible for disclosure of all network of the client centers, departments and sales points. The general contractor at the same time projects and builds IT infrastructure, develops network, operates systems, services users, provides the equipment and resources in lease", – Kazakov Konstantin, the director of the Center of banking technologies of Jet Infosystems company emphasizes.

The Jet Infosystems company renders to bank services of outsourcing of computing powers in three data centers, including own virtual DPC, services of management of IT of infrastructure, infrastructure and application services, undertakes all functions on information security support. In an area of responsibility of Jet Infosystems company there are also creation and service of telecommunication infrastructure of an extensive regional network of bank – the client centers, administrative offices, points and racks of sales. The service Service Desk organized on the party of the system integrator provides service of an automated workplace of employees of the bank both at head office, and in regions according to approved by SLA.
Technical details
For IT infrastructure of bank the model of dynamic architecture which allowed to use effectively resources is selected and to quickly deploy the services. The main part of resources is virtualized, a part of services is provided from a private cloud Summer of Bank, a part – from public clouds, a part – from virtual DPC of the outsourcer. About 300 virtual machines ensure functioning of business applications of bank: The core banking system, decision making systems about issuance of credits, electronic document management, the bank reporting, the CRM system, etc. Resources are provided for development environments and testing "on demand" from virtual DPC of Jet Infosystems company. Amount of data in IT systems – about 150 TB.
All components of an IT complex, telecommunication network and automated workplaces are connected to the centralized system of monitoring of the Service center functioning in mode 24х7х365.
Within outsourcing the Jet Infosystems company ensures also safety of IT of infrastructure and the applied systems according to business requirements of bank. Cybersecurity services are provided from the first Russian commercial center of monitoring of cybersecurity – JSOC (Jet Security Operation Center) which use allows to reveal, react and prevent threats and incidents of cybersecurity in the round-the-clock mode with the highest SLA. JSOC, as well as all information security of bank, is in process of continuous development and improvement. But modern technologies which provide identification and blocking of DDoS attacks, the attacks like "zero day" and the targeted attacks are already now applied.
Standard telecommunication and IT infrastructure of divisions of bank allows to expand regional network in most short time.
The term of opening of a sales point provided by the agreement is 2 days, administrative office – 1 week, the client center – 1 month. At the moment the outsourcer provides opening speed about 40 regional departments and 200 sales points a month.
