The expansion of the assortment and the increase in the volume of supplies led to the need to modernize logistics - the warehouse needed automation. This would improve the efficiency of warehouse management, reduce time and financial costs, and improve the quality of acceptance and assembly of orders. The solution to the problem was the introduction of AXELOT WMS at a warehouse in Bishkek.

The project to implement the warehouse management system was implemented by the AXELOT team. AXELOT WMS has automated a 5000 sq. m warehouse with a sales range of over 1500 SKUs. During the project, the system was adapted to the specific business processes of the customer's warehouse.

For example, if new items have been identified during the acceptance process, the user can enter the actual dimensions of the particular item or package, including the palletization parameters. And the combination of several documents "Shipment Plan," based on the data on the final recipient, forwarding agent and date of shipment, made it possible to significantly optimize the labor costs associated with the preparation of orders by reducing the total mileage of equipment and the number of calls to the goods. In addition, the use of this functionality made it possible to reduce the necessary area for storing already selected orders and reduce the time required for their inspection and packaging.

A comprehensive approach to enterprise data management and integration flows was implemented using the Datareon Platform, which made it possible to provide each of the participating systems with consistent data with the required degree of detail.

Thanks to AXELOT WMS, Sunbell was able to systematically approach the issue of automation and gained reliable tools for managing all technological processes, including planning and monitoring the execution of operations by each employee.
