2021: Business Process Translation to Directum RX
TAIF-NK AZS company transferred business processes to Directum RX. This was announced by Director on August 31, 2021.
With the help of an intelligent system, the company has formed a single information space, reduced the time for agreeing on contractual, organizational and administrative, procurement documents, and also increased the executive discipline of employees.
TAIF-NK Gas Station is the largest player in the retail market of Tatarstan. More than 200 gas stations of the company operate in the republic, as well as in Udmurtia, Chuvashia, Kirov, Samara and Ulyanovsk regions.
The company pays great attention to improving its activities, loyalty program and customer service standards. Business processes are an important part of the work of TAIF-NK Gas Station. Therefore, the company's management decided to increase their efficiency using the Directum RX system. The contractor for the project was MayTek, a partner of Directum.
As a result of the implementation:
- the main business processes of TAIF-NK filling stations are automated;
- The company's document flow is fully electronic;
- a single electronic archive of documents has been organized;
- the executive discipline of employees is monitored.
In Directum RX "TAIF-NK filling station" fully controls the procurement cycle, agrees contracts and administrative documentation. For seamless user operation, Directum RX was integrated with 1C.
As of August 2021, Directum RX employs 400 employees from 8 branches of the company. Mobile work from anywhere in the country and the world is provided by applications for executives and employees of Directum Solo and Directum Jazz.
The management of TAIF-NK filling stations is already making plans to transfer other processes to the system, in particular, personnel.
