Norbit introduced the digital ecosystem of the Center for Advanced Professional Training in the Tambov Region

2021: Digital Platform Implementation

Norbit, a member of the LANIT group, completed a project to develop and implement the digital platform of the Center for Advanced Professional Training (CPP) of the Tambov region. This was announced by LANIT on September 2, 2021. The system helps to organize continuous professional training of all categories of citizens in popular and promising professions. Thus, the platform contributes to the formation of a market for educational services and a reduction in the unemployment rate in the region.

Using the platform, specialists analyze the labor market to determine the professions necessary for the region, then design educational programs for retraining and advanced training of citizens in order to further employ them. The system includes modules for testing and testing knowledge, conducting classes in offline and online formats.

The CPP platform includes the interaction of five parties: citizens, educational institutions, teachers, employers and responsible government agencies. Each trainee gets access to the "Personal Office," selects the appropriate training program there, monitors the educational process, searches for vacancies and tracks responses to them. Students registered on the platform can undergo career guidance testing and receive program recommendations. Educational institutions publish information about courses on the platform, form training courses and manage the schedule of teachers, and accept applications for training. Teachers post training materials, form groups, conduct classes (including online) and conduct an electronic journal. Employers monitor offers from educational institutions, review profiles of potential candidates and publish vacancies. Employees of government agencies form reports on training programs, on the results of training and on current professions.

The information system has a customized interface, allows you to upload various forms of analytical reporting and online statistics. Various notification and messaging mechanisms are configured in the system.

The development of the region cannot occur without a qualitatively built system of vocational education. Training is a two-way movement: on the one hand - vocational education organizations that train personnel, on the other hand - the employer. And the platform allows you to combine both sides. In addition, all trainees receive additional motivation, as they see the prospects of the chosen profession. The advent of CAP helps to prepare high-quality and sought-after specialists that our organizations need in the fields of industry, construction, agriculture, information technology and transport, said Kirill Sharonin, head of the Center for Advanced Professional Training of the Tambov Region.

TsOPP of the Tambov region became a kind of integrator, whose task is to design short educational programs for the needs of employers. Thanks to the CPC platform, the education system will be able to respond quickly to the needs of a rapidly changing market, noted Anton Chekhonin, Director General of NORBIT.
