Before the start of the project, Tattelecom conducted a comprehensive analysis of Russian platforms in order to choose the most suitable IT solution for automating CRM processes. As a result of the research, the BPMSoft system was chosen due to its flexibility, usability and potential for further development, making it ideal for automating sales processes and supporting corporate customers.

The first results of the project were not long in coming - B2B sales were launched five months after the start. Smart innovations provided consulting support, design of targeted business processes and their automation on the BPMSoft platform. The created CRM system architecture has proven its reliability and efficiency, demonstrating the rational use of computing resources during the first year of operation.

An important achievement of the project was the implementation of 14 optimized processes for sales management and customer support. Through integrations with five internal information systems and a virtual automatic telephone exchange, the system has demonstrated high flexibility and efficiency. The process of migrating data from various Excel tables went smoothly, which greatly simplified the transition to a new platform.

As a result of the implementation, manageability was significantly increased and key stages of sales were automated, which made it possible to implement a feedback mechanism to monitor the effectiveness of processes in real time. This resulted in a significant reduction in management, reporting, and routine labor costs, freeing up time for employees to work strategically.

The implemented system also increased the transparency of interaction with both current and potential customers. Employees got centralized access to everything information about the client through a convenient interface, one click at a time. Moreover, the flexibility of the new system made it possible to make operational changes to sales processes within one day, which gives the company the opportunity to instantly respond to changes in the market environment.
