"Technology" upgrades the IT environment of modeling and design

The ASCON-Samara company completed the project on implementation of a complex of information systems in Tekhnologiya LLC, the press service of integrator reported on June 24, 2013.

Tekhnologiya LLC uses the software of ASCON since 2002, but in connection with the natural growth of volume of incoming orders at the enterprise need for creation of a common information space for optimization of work of all divisions ripened.

Were a part of a complex: three-dimensional modeling system KOMPAS-3D, management system for engineering data and product lifecycle of LOTSMAN:PLM, automation system of technology preparation of production VERTICAL, system of regulation of materials, corporate reference books "Standard Products and Materials and Ranges". For effective use of opportunities of a complex the staff of Tekhnologiya LLC was trained by specialists ASCON-Samara.

During the project tasks are solved:

• reduction of time of processing of requests;
• reduction of time for design;
• automation of calculation of regulations of time for technology transactions;
• automation of process of approval of electronic documents;
• creation of a common information space of the enterprise;
• automation of formation and processing of the internal reporting.

Unification as result

Creation of a common information space provided single-step input of primary information and use by all users of a complex that considerably reduced time costs. The "transparent" and managed system, allowed the management to trace the course of conducting working off of requests and to effectively organize work of the enterprise, differentiating areas of responsibility of employees and departments.

For solving of tasks of planning of purchase of material (component parts) integration with a 1C system is carried out.
