The electrochemical device (End-to-end 3D - technology)

In March, 2015 Elektrokhimpribor announced completion of testing of a standard information system a "3D"^[1].

"TIS "3D" - a standard information system of the automated design and process design, management of design and technology documentation of products of mechanical engineering and the radio-electronic equipment at Elektrokhimpribor plant.

Testing was held by specialists of plant jointly with specialists of RTs ASCON Urals LLC and Greenatom Ltd branch in the city of Sarov. Project implementation is on control of development department of the YaOK research and production base of Rosatom state corporation.

In 2014 the program of creation of a standard information system of the enterprises of a nuclear weapon complex [1] (TIS NWC) which was implemented in a pilot zone of Federal State Unitary Enterprise VNIIEF came to the end. Therefore replication of TIS "3D" at the enterprises of the industry became the next natural step in IT reset of YaOK. What the Elektrokhimpribor plant took part in.

Implementation of TIS "3D" at the enterprise will allow:

• to users of a system – to increase labor productivity due to reduction of routine transactions, acceleration of search and loan of information, decrease in quantity of errors;
• to heads – to organize end-to-end processes of design-technology preparation and production of products, to increase controllability of processes and quality of results of works;
• to the enterprise in general – to accelerate and increase quality of processes of preparation of production, to reduce costs;

the industries – to accelerate a design production cycle and also to reduce terms of release of new products, to reduce cost value of state defense order.

The project is supervised by the chief engineer of plant Igor Vinogradov, the chief technologist Sergey Zhamilov is appointed the project director. In general the project team from plant includes at the initial stage of 85 people and covers eight departments. Involvement in the project and production divisions is in the long term planned. It is planned that to project finish, and it is 2016, more than 560 people will work at the enterprise in TIS "3D".
