In Thermex group the project of setting and automation of budget management based on the solution "is implemented by Intalev: Corporate management". The Thermex group is engaged in production of domestic water heaters. The branch network of the company covers the large cities of Russia and the neighboring country.
Prior to the beginning of the project the selected software product was used in the company only for collecting and the analysis of the actual management information. The project was initiated for the purpose of automation of budget planning.
At the first stage of the project the main regulations of budget planning, namely, a financial structure, budget structure, managerial account policy which were transferred further to an automated system were developed.
Besides, user training was executed and also trial start of planning process for 2009 in all 87 regional branches of retail chain stores and in an administrative complex in St. Petersburg is implemented.
