SK "Transneft" completed the project of improvement and centralization of business processes

On March 19, 2015 it became known of the project of improvement of business processes regarding settlement and centralization of losses in TRANSNEFT insurance company. Integrator of the solution and the consultant in an implementation project Syntellect company.

Project Tasks

In 2014 in TRANSNEFT insurance company the decision on improvement of business processes in questions of settlement and centralization of losses on the Syntellect Tessa platform was made.

By March 19, 2015 in a system basic functions and it in an operation status are implemented. More than 800 employees of the branches SK "TRANSNEFT" distributed over the country became users of a system.

Project Progress

According to Sergey of Mitino, the deputy CEO for settlement of losses of SK "TRANSNEFT", the corresponding actions plan on transition of a branch network to a centralized system of settlement of losses is developed, necessary preparatory work is carried out, departures of claims settlement specialists of the Central office are carried out to each region of finding of the Insurer and the corresponding installation of a centralized system with skills training of staff of branches on places is executed that allowed to provide operational and painless transition of the Company to work in a new System.

Syntellect configured by specialists jointly with claims settlement specialists of the Insurer a management system for losses on the Tessa platform provided a possibility of operational obtaining information on new losses and the related procedures from branches of Insurance company in divisions of settlement of losses of the Central office of the Insurer for acceptance of management decisions, consideration, a design and approval of materials of cases on all types of insurance.

Project Results

Centralization of losses in SK "TRANSNEFT" – the perspective and cost-efficient project which increased quality of work and speed of execution of operations, lowered operating costs. At the end of 2014 the project on centralization of settlement of losses received the award "Project of Year" in the internal rating of projects of SK "TRANSNEFT".
