In December, 2010 INTALEV Group successfully completed the project on one of the largest in Russia and the CIS countries the enterprise for production of connecting elements for pipelines from low-alloy steel.

The plant was founded in 1949, but also in modern economic conditions the enterprise holds the leader's position in the segment of the market.

One of mandatory requirements to any modern enterprise is the mobility and speed in decision making, need of timely response to promptly changing reality conditions, aspiration to use of new technologies. JSC Trubodetal treats just such enterprises and successfully develops thanks to ability to change for achievement of effective objectives.

For the purpose of creation of optimal conditions for implementation of the tasks set for the enterprise the decision to automate work with agreements that would help the enterprise to accelerate reconciliation procedure of draft agreements was made, and, therefore, and their conclusions, and besides would allow to distribute quickly financial resources of the enterprise within execution of the obligations under current agreements.

The project consisted of several stages. As the main it is possible to select:

  • description and business process optimization of signing of the contracts;
  • software setup;
  • start of a system in working operation;

All works were performed jointly by the uniform project team consisting of the staff of JSC Trubodetal and consultants INTALEV. The detailed description of the scheme of business process in the software product "INTALEV became result of numerous interviews with participants of process : Corporate navigator" and code of offers on business process optimization.

The description was followed by a business process optimization stage "Approval of agreements" during which the regulatory document "Regulations on business process "Approval of agreements" which contains logic of already optimized business process was developed.

On the basis of regulations settings of the software product "INTALEV were made : Corporate management". Automation provided obligatory execution of regulations at approval of each agreement.

Upon termination of automation of business process user training and start of a system in working operation was provided.

It should be noted several features of the project which were shown just at a start stage. First, within the project there was no opportunity to train all contractors of business process (their about 200 people). From each department several employees who can independently provide training in the department now were trained and advise colleagues under electronic approval of agreements.

The second feature consists in change of logic of business process just before start. In the project progress the owner of process who set a new order of approval and made the decision to put it in an information system changed. Thanks to flexibility of the software product "INTALEV: Corporate management" an order of approval was changed and launched according to new regulations.
