On October 17, 2018 Citeck reported that it developed and implemented the module "Electronic Archive" with storage more 3rd terabyte of information in the Russian division of Unilever. The solution is implemented based on the Citeck ECOS platform intended for automation of corporate document flow and business processes.
The project began at the end of 2017 and was directed to the solution of a task of optimization of document storage and work with legally significant electronic documents. As a result thanks to electronic archive process of work with all financial documentation of Unilever in Russia was systematized.
Using the module "Electronic Archive" we could provide fast transition from traditional archive of documents on paper carriers to the automated storage. All historical data for several years were successfully imported to an electronic form, having made amount of data in more than three terabytes. In addition, possibilities of service allowed to provide stream scanning of paper copies and their processing, providing thus access to documents in uniform electronic archive. In the short term based on service of electronic storage it is going to implement a possibility of unloading of necessary documents at the request of FTS. It will allow to reduce quantity of errors when reporting and to considerably accelerate process of its delivery in the tax inspection. It is supposed that service will be able automatically to create a document package with the complete inventory and to send it on electronic communication channels.
