VDNKh is faced with the task of digital transformation of the exhibition management system. One of the initiatives was the automation of electronic document management based on the current platform.

As a result of the competition for the creation of an automated electronic document management system based on the 1C: Enterprise platform, CorpSoft24 was chosen as the contractor for VDNKh. The work under the contract was completed between February 2022 and March 2023, after which the system was put into commercial operation.

By the time the project was launched, the historical document management system of VDNKh was outdated: its functionality was limited and fragmented. In addition, the old system had a number of other significant drawbacks: closed code, inability to update, poor support. The historical system did not meet the tasks Speed up movement and streamline the exchange of documents between departments.

As part of the implementation of 1C: Document Flow, the CorpSoft24 was required to reduce the time and increase the transparency of the processes for coordinating documents, thereby increasing the efficiency of the work of the structural divisions of VDNKh. It was necessary to ensure the reliability, integrity and relevance of the agreed information, reduce the time and labor required to prepare and search for the necessary documents.

During the project, CorpSoft24 specialists conducted integration electronic document management systems with 1C: Holding Management"," and also implemented specific integration with the Lease module. It was necessary to unify the processes, finalize the functionality to support the Treasury and Budgeting"" modules, as well as the functionality to control the implementation of resolutions and instructions.

As a result, an effective electronic document management system was created, which made it possible to unify the processes for coordinating documents in all departments and increase the executive discipline for the implementation of resolutions and instructions. EDMS is part of the updated IT infrastructure of VDNKh, which will allow you to manage the enterprise more efficiently based on current data, noted Elena Alexandrova, Head of Implementation Department 1C: Document Flow of the company CorpSoft24.

As a result of the project, data on the activities of all VDNKh divisions are consolidated in one system. In total, within the framework of this EDMS, 55 types of documents were developed, 159 document templates for 40 departments, 82 rules for seamless integration were created. The implementation took place in conjunction with the implementation of 1C: Holding Management.

In the future, it is planned to develop the Treasury unit on the basis of 1C: Document Flow, as well as the inclusion of other types of documents in automation. In total, more than 900 VDNKh users work in the updated electronic document management system.
