The VIC group of companies - a pharmaceutical holding - has introduced a single system for sales on the CRM ELMA365. Elma announced this on January 28, 2026.

By the time of implementation, the deployed IT infrastructure did not contribute to business growth. The goal of the VIC Group of Companies was to increase process control and provide transparent analytics by combining customer data and commercial block processes in a single system.

ELMA365 CRM meets the company's requirements for flexible CRM: allows you to quickly adapt processes, has mobile application ready-made tools and capabilities integration 1C:ERP with and external systems. The implementation project started in May 2024 with the creation of a single front office for commerce. The digital circuit of the group of companies has a common repository of the history of interaction with customers in the sales funnel, the history of activities and communications, reports on the sales development plan and the plan-fact with the forecast.

To combine data and processes, Onellect integrated ELMA365 and 1C:ERP through a proprietary connector. With the help of integration, it was possible to automate the process of production experiments on products of interest to the customer to prove their effectiveness. The process covers several departments and requires data synchronization between systems.

By the third quarter of 2025, the CRM ELMA365 was fully operational and became the central digital hub for the commercial activities of the VIC Group of Companies. As a result, the work of the entire commercial service, including directors of departments and divisions, was automated. From the primary lead to strategic sales planning ― each phase of customer engagement is now conducted in the CRM ELMA365.
