Vologdaselyenergoproyekt (Pilot: HORDES)

On December 10, 2013 the ASCON company announced implementation in Vologdaselyenergoproyekt LLC of software LOTSMAN:ORD.

Project Tasks

Long-term work in the mode of independent control over a status of storage of files led to formation of uncontrollable file storage on the server of the organization, to repeated duplication of document revisions in this connection it became extremely difficult to define degree of relevance of information, reliability of its storage decreased.

Project Progress

During 2012 and 2013 in Vologdaselyenergoproyekt LLC specialists of ASCON Yaroslavl implemented 25 licenses LOTSMAN:ORD for the employees responsible for office-work processes.

Not edited documents in a tree of the project were allowed to maintain with them collective work, to browse out of a development environment, to enter notes in electronic form and to make approval of signing by the electronic digital signature. Transfer of processing of the entering and outgoing documentation to an electronic form to LOTSMAN:ORD increased reliability of processing and storage of files, accelerated document retrieval by the criteria set by the user.

Project Results

System implementation helped to provide daily condition monitoring of project business processes, to increase control of the task performance course, to organize quick and flexible access to all necessary project information. Works on implementation of software products and training of staff of the enterprise are executed jointly with specialists of ASCON Yaroslavl.
