The WE! Group of companies develops a network of gastronomists in the "at home" format, choosing suitable locations using the geoanalysis tools of Atlas and Geonet GIS. This was announced on June 21, 2021 by Marketing Logic (Marketing Lodgik). A geo-approach with big data analysis allows you to evaluate potentially interesting areas for opening retail outlets from the point of view of the audience, its characteristics, competitive environment and the potential of the territory.

GK "WE!" Expanded the expert development opportunities due to geoanalytics tools. Program calculations include a geomarketing assessment of the potential location of outlets and an assessment of the parameters necessary for planning the opening: prospects for the development of the territory, analysis of competitors, "cannibalization," types of traffic, zones of attraction of buyers, parameters of the population and well-being of residents and a number of other characteristics.

All subsequent network points will be opened with the help of a combined expertise of leading employees and geographic information systems.

The team of the WE! gastronomy chain has chosen the format of good neighborhood, embedding in the community of the district, and therefore it is extremely important for stores to select locations with a suitable target audience. For us, these are customers who are important for the quality, environmental friendliness of the production of products, high safety for health. We can say that our model is an eco-market in a gastronomic format comfortable for a city resident. For such a niche on the market, competent and accurate targeting is the main task when opening or expanding the network. We are a relatively small retail chain and, given the small volumes, we tried to do everything ourselves, because investing in technology at this scale of the network does not justify ourselves. We are grateful to our partners in the Marketing Logic team, because they make tools available to small both medium and medium-sized businesses that only grocery retail giants could afford before, "says to marketing the director of the WE!
