InStock WMS implementation

On June 17, 2020 the InStock Technologies company announced project completion on automation of a warehouse of safe custody of Sklad-Service LLC company.

One of the main features of activity of a warehouse is its specialization as operator of safe custody on the goods which are subject to obligatory marking. It creates the accessorial liability before bailors as acceptance and shipment of the marked drugs have the features and the WMS system should be integrated with data exchange software with the system of marking.

InStock WMS automates all warehouse processes: goods receipts, their sorting and distribution by storage areas, selection and shipment, drawing of accounts for the rendered services. In a warehouse of Sklad-Service LLC company certain goods are processed on the pipeline. InStock WMS is closely integrated with a management system for the pipeline Akvenoks. It allows is automated to manage the movement and replenishment of goods on the pipeline, to exercise weight and sampling control, to separate the goods which are subject to obligatory marking the Fair sign. As a result the accuracy and processing speed of goods increases.

At a stage of acceptance InStock WMS manages sorting of goods and distributes it on flows for replenishment of the mezzanine, the pipeline, boxed and pallet zones of a warehouse. The goods which are subject to Obligatory marking are separately distributed. The marked medicines are taken on a warehouse by the rules set by Obligatory marking. InStock WMS can accept such goods on direct, and on the return order. In case of a direct order, it is enough to scan sgtin or the SSCC code of goods/box/pallet: data are transferred to InStock of a FSIS and on the shipping documentation within a second information on the accepted goods, its lot-based characteristics, quantity comes back. In case of acceptance on the return notification procedure, the goods are accepted in InStock WMS but are blocked, before receipt of confirmation from the supplier through a system the Fair sign and the software of integration into the Fair sign - InStock of a FSIS.

For different bailors – clients of Sklad-Service LLC different rules of a tovaroobrabotka are configured. InStock WMS offers flexibly configured instrument of account of lots and selection on batches.

With implementation of InStock WMS calculation of the executed services in a warehouse is automated. Bills are made out clients taking into account all features of processing of goods and labor input, including processing of the goods which are subject to Obligatory marking.

Increase in capacity of a warehouse, speed and accuracy of processing of goods, automation of drawing of accounts to bailors and the general readiness of a warehouse to work according to rules of Obligatory goods marking became result of implementation of InStock WMS on a warehouse of Sklad-Service LLC company.

Implementation of InStock of a FSIS

The InStock Technologies company announced on June 17, 2020 implementation of Instock of a FSIS on a warehouse of the operator of safe custody of Sklad-Service LLC company. InStock of a FSIS is the integration module with a system the Fair Sign for work with Obligatory marking. Implementation of InStock of a FSIS took place at the same time along with InStock WMS implementation. It is connected with close integration of InStock of a FSIS with a management system slady.

The Service Warehouse LLC company - provides services of safe custody and feature of activity is storage of the goods which are subject to obligatory marking. The logistic complex of class A is in the Voronezh region.

Automation of traceability of the movement of products which are subject to obligatory marking the Fair Sign became a task of InStock of a FSIS.

Basic functions of InStock of a FSIS in this project:

• Ensuring uninterrupted integration with MDLP (the state system of obligatory marking of pharmaceutical products) and with a system the Fair Sign on other industries
• Tracking of individual codes and codes of aggregation in the FGIS local base InStock for providing online of verification of codes at their scanning in different processes of WMS.

Ensuring asynchronous information exchange on the one hand with WMS, and on the other hand about the Fair Sign. It is necessary in order that processes of a warehouse did not stop and did not slow down in case of delays in answers of a system the Fair Sign or in case of failures in its work.

In addition to warehouse core business processes, implementation of obligatory marking of industrial goods introduces need of control automation by such processes as commodity import, sampling, change of the owner. As these processes affect both the physical movement of goods, and integration into the Fair Sign, both InStock WMS, and InStock of a FSIS are involved in them. For a number of clients the Sklad-Service LLC company actively uses these processes.
