Emergence on social network Vtrube of the chat-bot

On September 25, 2019 the 1C-Rarus company reported that on internal social network of the Vtrube Zagorsk Pipe Plant (ZPP) there was a chat-bot developed based on Bitriks24 application. The 1C-Rarus company became the partner in solution integration in social network. The digital assistant was already named Metalik.

The new option allows directly in the application on the mobile device or in the WEB VERSION far off to order necessary personnel documents. Today the functionality of the order of 2-PIT statements, copies of the service record or references is available. Besides, the chat-bot allows to order the admission on the territory and to issue the order for souvenirs which in a semi-automatic mode will be written off at the order from products warehouse.

Work on integration of the chat-bot into social network was conducted by specialists of the Zagorsk pipe plant and 1C-Rarus within 3 months. The technology of the chat-bot means fast setup of its algorithms for connection of additional functionality and business process automation.

Degree of a computerization of ZTZ is in usual understanding of this word at the level of other industrial enterprises. But we consider that it should not be a communication barrier in collective. The chat-bot already simplified interaction of employees in the company. For example, one of the most demanded functions is viewing a status of queue in the dining room. Using a special request the employee sees the picture from the surveillance camera in real time. It would seem, it is simple functionality, but such improvements by small steps save time most strongly, noted the deputy CEO of Zagorski of pipe plant for corporate communications Igor Gusenkov

The most part of employees of the plant has no access to computers, and earlier for obtaining the 2-PIT statement they had to address colleagues personally. The management of ZTZ always for innovations and improvement of quality of communications in the company therefore we decided to create a modern virtual assistant. Employees can address the chat-bot from mobile devices, and the started processes proceed with the minimum involvement of participants, the Head of department of automation on the platform 1C-Bitrix of 1C-Rarus company Darya Dmitrakova

In the future the company is going to refuse completely other order forms of personnel and other documents, having left internal social network VTrube as the single and only interface for similar addresses of employees.

Creation of internal social network VTrube

On January 30, 2019 the 1C-Rarus company reported that it together with the Zagorsk pipe plant implemented the project on creation of single internal social network for the staff of VTrube. For January, 2019 the solution is used by employees in full.

According to the company, creation of uniform virtual space for interaction of employees and increase in efficiency of internal business processes in the company became the key purpose of start of internal social network. At the same time in the long term certain business processes of the company will have to pass into the virtual space constructed based on social network VTrube completely. For January, 2019 about 1,000 users are connected to a resource. The social network has not only the web interface, but also full mobile version with the functionality similar to the complete client.

The image of modern pipe plant of the country should be traced in everything, including in the interoperability layer between employees. For this reason we selected from quality of the main tool for communications own social network. It is a powerful contribution to development of horizontal communications to the companies and withdrawal from a hierarchical form of broadcast of content in collective which is in my opinion obsolete long ago. Mobile application with almost complete functionality of the version for the PC involves in a common information space of employees of production specialties. Social network VTrube will become digital workflow for the majority of basic processes in the company, from obtaining pay slips before interaction directly with the CEO in the nearest future.
