2024: Robotization of end-to-end business processes and production tasks of JSC Zarubezhneft based on ROBIN platform

More than 40 software robots created by Zarubezhneft experts based on the ROBIN platform are used in business processes in the following areas: production, corporate security, corporate governance, internal audit, economics and finance, IT, records management, communications. They help the company's specialists in analyzing oil production, transferring information between corporate systems, as well as in monitoring key events in the oil and gas market.

Robots in support processes:

• They check the presence of new requirements from government agencies (FTS, SFR). Previously, the labor costs of employees were 17 minutes for each request, now a person spends 0 minutes, a robot - 5 minutes. For 4 months, the robot processes 370 requests, saving 107 hours with FTE 0,1638.
• Correspondence is received and processed from government agencies in Kontur.Extern "- saving 32 person-hour/month.
• They check counterparties in the register of SMEs for TINs - labor costs decreased from 20 to 8 hours.
• Verify the rights of the administrator and users in the IS. Two robots are occupied on this task, each of which saves 15 person-hour/month.

Robots in manufacturing processes:

• Data from production reports are analyzed and deviations from the established parameters are noted. Previously, employees spent 15 minutes daily, now the robot spends 4 minutes after hours.
• Quality control of hydrodynamic models is carried out. Previously, employees spent 20 hours a month monthly, now the robot spends 5 hours after hours.
• Data of production indicators are loaded into corporate information systems, saving more than 40 person-hour/month.

Results:

• More than 40 software robots have been developed, 9 complex end-to-end business processes have been fully automated.
• Robotization covered both production processes and support.
• 5.3 is the FTE equivalent of total cost savings.
• 870 person-hour/month - total labor saving per month.
