On March 14, 2018 the ALP Group company announced project completion on the equipment and preparation for opening of eight shops for ZASPORT company. And also about the beginning of continued technical support of all equipped shops.
Prerequisites
As it was reported, rapid growth and large-scale plans for opening of new outlets set a serious problem for the management of ZASPORT: it was necessary to start from scratch such key business processes as purchases, installation and service of a retail store equipment. So, for several months it was required to prepare, equip and open shops in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Sochi.
Contractor Selection
The ZASPORT company looked for the contractor who could provide all complex of works for each of the opening shops. Since selection of the equipment, finishing with implementation and technical support of hardware and the software. Advantageous financial conditions on equipment procurement and accurate carrying out the planned works were one of the defining factors when choosing the IT company.
As the partner the ALP Group company which specialists accumulated serious experience in work with the Russian large and average companies retailers was selected.
Project Progress
According to representatives of the company, cooperation with ZASPORT began in November, 2017. In three months specialists provided with a retail store equipment of 8 shops of which completely carried out works on installation and connection of the equipment, setup of cash software to two, including the uncommon tasks connected with connection and setup of fiscal drives.
Within the agreement ALP Group developed and delivered in all shops ZASPORT standard for sets of the cash equipment (a monoblock, the scanner of barcodes, the detector of currencies, a strongbox, the printer for printing of price labels, etc.), organized delivery of supplies, ensured functioning of exit technical support of all 8 shops by forces of specialists of the second line. And also adjusted service of the CR.
Project Results
According to the results of the project by specialists of ZASPOR company it was mentioned that work with ALP Group on the principle of one window yielded qualitative and predictable result. Interaction with one company and with one team of specialists, minimized all efforts, resource costs for coordination, tracking of terms and results of works. Besides, it was also noted that representatives of IT service ZASPOR ceased to spend resources for accomplishment of the current technical tasks and the solution of IT incidents in the shops opening across all Russia. If in outlet there was an IT incident, the engineer from ALP Group far off advised customer representatives and in case of need quickly left in the necessary shop. Then solved an incident in strict accordance with SLA in the agreement. And, not the beginner and not the employee of "the general profile", but the qualified specialist of the second line of technical support always went to the solution of incidents. Which is capable accurately and correctly, without excess waste of time to resolve issues both with the trade software, and with the system software; ready sets trade and the IT equipment, ALP Group delivered by division on work with retail and branch networks, allowed the customer to meet with guarantee the deadline of opening of each point. And to save on wholesale purchases.
