Since June 2024, the company has reduced production volumes and the number of contracts with customers by 70-80%. To pay off debts, the group intends to sell 50% of its shares in the Meterel Research and Development Center, a production site in the Kaluga Region and the Kovrovsky Trading Equipment Plant in the Vladimir Region. The head of the special projects "Rutsentr" Alexey Zamesov estimates the total value of the business "Shtrikh-M" at ₽4 -5 billion, of which about ₽1,5 billion can be obtained from the sale of the NTC "Meter."

By December 2024, Shtrikh-M owns three production sites and is one of the three largest manufacturers of cash registers in Russia after Atol and Evotor. On December 20, 2017, the SHTRIKH-M Group of Companies announced the inclusion of part of the fiscal registrars produced by the SHTRIKH-M Group of Companies in an incorrect operating mode. A possible reason is the untimely update of the software version. Cash terminals "Shtrikh‐M‐01F" stopped working at once in several Russian regions. Reports of failures come from Vladivostok, Barnaul, Nizhny Tagil, Kemerovo and other cities. Moreover, problems are observed in different retail outlets - in stores and at gas stations.
