Distribution Agreement with eMeet

The domestic integrator company Unitsolutions on July 14, 2022 announced that it had signed an exclusive distribution agreement with eMeet, a manufacturer of AV equipment. The partnership of companies will replace the solutions of AV manufacturers that have left the Russian market and will ensure uninterrupted supply of devices for workplaces and meeting rooms during the period of sanctions.

World manufacturers of AV equipment, including Jabra, Poly, Sennheiser and Logitech, have limited or stopped supplying their products to Russia, which is why the range of available solutions for equipping meeting rooms has sharply decreased, and the cost increase for the remaining models ranged from 50% to 100%. This also led to an acute shortage of components for repairing already installed devices, which seriously increases the time and increases the cost of maintenance and modernization of meeting rooms.

eMeet develops its own software solutions based on artificial intelligence to improve sound quality, which are further used in the creation of the company's audio and video devices. The eMeet speakerphone line received the intelligent VoiceIA function, which suppresses background noise and acoustic echo during a video conference. For negotiators with a large number of participants, some models can be combined into a single chain - this allows you to significantly increase the sound capture area.

There are 9 models in the eMeet line of webcams, which differ in viewing angle, frame rate and number of built-in microphones, as well as price, depending on customer needs. 2017: TrueConf buys Unitsolutions

TrueConf acquired a controlling stake in the Russian audio and video integrator Unitsolutions along with an online store under the same name.

According to CNews, the transaction was carried out without raising funds. It is known that the selling party initially valued Unitsolutions at "more than p200 million," and, as a source in TrueConf told CNews, the final price was slightly reduced from the original price.
