Hot hit (Nice Ice LLC) is a ready-made food factory located in the Leningrad Region. The area of ​ ​ the enterprise is 4200 square meters. By 2024, the factory produces about 7 thousand units of products per day.

History

2024: X5 bought Hot hit

At the end of April 2024, it became known about the sale of Hot hit to the X5 group. The last buyer was the company "Corporate Center X 5." Prior to that, the food factory was owned by Viktor Faizulin, Kirill Rudakov, Viktor Vasin, Georgy Shchennikov, Oleg Samsonov and Alexander Svistov. The latter by April 27, 2024 holds the post of General Director of Nice Ice LLC.

Kh5 Group announces the acquisition of a business for the production of ready-made food "Nice Ice" in the Leningrad Region. The company received the appropriate permission of the government commission. As part of the deal, ownership of a ready-made food factory with an area of ​ ​ 4.2 thousand square meters is transferred to Kh5. M in the Vsevolozhsk district, - said in a statement X5.

Kh5 bought a Hot hit ready-made food factory in the Leningrad region

After the completion of the transaction, the site will become part of the X5 Food block, which is developing the ready-made food segment in the group's retail chains. According to Olga Feldt, managing director of the Kh5 Food block, the purchase of a kitchen factory will allow the group to expand the presence of ready-made food on the shelves of X5 stores, accelerate the launch of a new assortment, reduce the cost of production, and, accordingly, increase the availability of ready-made food presented in Pyaterochki and Perekreshestki. By the end of April 2024, X5 Food creates about 100 tons of ready-made food per day, the number of product items exceeds 400 pieces.

Judging by the declarations of compliance, Nice Ice produced products under its Hot Hit brand, as well as under the X5 brands (Pyaterochka Cafe, Chef Perekrestok, xxGreen Line) and other retailers (xxSamokat, xxVkusville, Zhizmart).[1]
