SDM-BANK – universal commercial bank which specializes in service of medium and small business and also in provision of services to the staff of the companies which are clients of Bank.

For November, 2014 founders of CB SDM-BANK (JSC) are the enterprises and the organizations of construction and mechanical engineering, the largest training centers of the country, the enterprise and firm of different spheres of medium and small business.

The regional network of Bank includes 13 departments in Moscow and the Moscow region, the Central office in Moscow, 8 branches in other cities of Russia – St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Voronezh, Tver, Perm, Krasnoyarsk, Rostov-on-Don and Omsk and also representation in London.

In June, 2010 the international rating agency Fitch Ratings upgraded bank rating in foreign currency from the B-level to "B", national long-term rating from the level of "(BB-rus)" to "(BBBrus)" and also confirmed short-term rating at the level of "B". The forecast for all ratings is Stable.
