SPSR-EKSPRESS – the participant of the Russian market of mail services, express delivery and logistics. The company develops the individual solutions corresponding modern international requirements for clients.

Infrastructure of SPSR-EKSPRESS consists of 9 distribution centers, 15 sorting centers, 200 branches and representations in the cities of Russia, more than 1 thousand own cars and 4 thousand employees. The company services over 6000 cities and the localities of the Russian Federation.

A strategic partner of SPSR Express is the PickPoint company which manages network of more than 1400 automatic post offices and points of issue of the orders which are in 360 cities of the Russian Federation.

Performance Indicators

2015

SPSR Express revenue at the end of 2015 made 5.95 billion rubles, the number of the departures delivered by the company increased more than by 20% in comparison with 2014.

Positive dynamics of a key indicator of activity of the company is traced against the background of decline of indicators of GDP by 3.9%, industrial production for 3.4% and also reduction of volumes of road haulage for 7.6%.

By estimates of the Center of the researches SPSR Express, B2B segment in the market of express delivery did not show growth: in a cash equivalent there was slightly lower than the level of 2014, and in number of departures was reduced by 5-10%. Delivery volume in a cash equivalent in the market of remote trade showed to 2015 height about 11%.

2013

Revenue of the All-Russian operator of express transportations of SPSR-EKSPRESS company in 2013 grew by 31% in comparison with the previous 2012. The total amount of departures increased more than by 39%. The share of the company in the market of express delivery increased by 2% in comparison with 2012. Growth showed B2C segment, including due to development of the international direction, start to which it was given at the end of 2012.

2016

Implementation of mobile acquiring

On February 15, 2016 the press service of SPSR Express company announced the beginning of work of couriers of the company with mobile POS terminals for acceptance of cashless payments from receivers on bank cards.

Implementation of mobile acquiring for 100% of the territory of presence provides us technological leadership among the Russian companies on providing such service in the industry. First of all, thanks to the implemented solution it will be possible to provide long-awaited, convenient and already usual payment method bank cards which demand and waiting was as the parties of payers, and from partners. Besides, at the expense of the accelerated payment processing in processing of bank, we will be able to reduce considerably time of settlement with partners – from 6 to 2 days – and by that to increase turnover of their money. Quick turnover of the capital is very important for business of retailers therefore implementation of this solution does our company even more attractive to establishment with it business relations.

SPSR Express received the international certificate ISO 9001

SPSR Express underwent certification audit and confirmed compliance of a quality management system to requirements of ISO 9001:2008 in the international system of certification. Based on audit of the company the certificate of the German certification body - TYuF Rheinland (No. 01 100 1518822) was issued.

2015

Against the background of the existing macroeconomic situation SPSR Express became one of the few companies in the field of express delivery which showed positive revenue development in B2B segment in 2015. Also SPSR Express continued to grow in an e-commerce segment, prodemonstitrovav steady growth in 37% by the number of departures, thanks to successfully implemented projects:

  • At partnership of SPSR Express the Russian market was entered by two large Chinese retailers –

JD.com и DHGate.

  • The first-ever co-branded center of issue of orders AliExpress in which the start of a world action 11.11 was given is started.
  • For buyers of DHGate SPSR Express somestno with QIWI implemented an opportunity to pay goods on delivery.
  • With success the model of direct sales for Lenovo and WileyFox is implemented (the goods delivery to Russia from official online stores abroad).
  • The unique fulfillment-project in the territory of the European Union for the Russian and foreign partners allowing to optimize logistic processes and costs is started.

Indicators of activity of the fulfillment-center of the company located in the Moscow region also showed steady growth. In comparison with 2014 the number of the processed orders on the fulfillment-center increased almost twice. Such positive dynamics is caused by the engineering and technology developments implemented in a warehouse.

Own vehicle fleet of the company in 2015 was considerably updated. According to domestic policy, SPSR Express does not use cars 5 years therefore all motor transport of the company conforms to environmental standards of "Euro-4" and "Euro-5" are more senior, and the share of the last steadily grows. Updating of vehicle fleet is directly connected with dynamic development of the company and opening of the new directions of delivery in 2015.
