In our business, there was a period when we relied mainly on the supply of ready-made solutions and their components. Today we focus on the development of the direction of IT services, which, of course, are accompanied by the supply of IT products and their implementation, "Ignatova explained to TAdviser.

The largest growth, she said, was shown by the telecommunications industry, the fuel and energy complex and the financial sector.

ENERGY INDUSTRY industries About 40% were sales in the commercial segment, which was not very well structured.

In 2018, a separate division was allocated for customers from the telecommunications sector, which allowed Tegrus to more clearly structure sales, says Lyudmila Ignatova.

In 2019, it was decided to form an independent department for working with the SMB.

One of the largest projects in 2018 for Tegrus was a large-scale project in the transport sector - to create a full-scale video content visualization system in the new terminal (B) of Sheremetyevo airport. The reorganization will not affect Tegrus' current projects and contracts, the company says. All obligations (financial, logistics, warranty) of the company will certainly be fulfilled in accordance with the established agreements. 2013: Name change to Tegrus

In the fall of 2013, Merlion Projects announced the change of its name as part of a program to separate the integrator business from the Merlion structure into an independent system integrator within the Merlion Group of Companies. The new brand under which the company will operate in the integration market is TEGRUS (TEGRUS).

In April 2013, the shareholders of Merlion Projects decided to launch a project for a comprehensive restructuring of the organization. The company was set an extremely ambitious task - for several years to become one of the largest system integrators in Russia. This goal could not be achieved within the existing company structure, and it was decided to separate the integrator business from the general Merlionv structure into an independent company within the Merlion Group of Companies. Over the past six months, the company's structure has created and expanded departments that ensure the independent functioning of the organization - departments of procurement, finance, marketing, sales development, and a center of technical competencies. An investment program in the development of the company was adopted, which includes not only the expansion of the personnel resource, but also investments in increasing its competencies. The company has launched an extensive personnel training program, within the framework of which it is planned to increase the skills of the selling team of the company - both sales skills and product competencies and the basics of project work with the customer.

The main area of investment and structural changes of the company was the development of the company's project business. The company plans to increase the share of sales of services in its turnover to 40-50% over several years. In recent years, the company has built a highly efficient business model VAR (Value Added Resseler), which allowed the company to maintain an annual turnover growth of 50-70%. This line of business will continue and will also receive its development. But in the context of a significant slowdown in market growth and increased competition, it is in the segment of services and design work that the company sees its main prospects.

2010: Revenue exceeded billion rubles

Merlion's revenue from IT services reached RUB 1.385 billion in 2010, compared to just over RUB 900 million in 2009. Merlion Projects is responsible for this direction in the holding.

The key clients of Merlion Projects were pharmaceutical companies, heavy industry (rolled metal production, automotive market), as well as banks, insurance companies.
