Biography

Was born on August 9, 1952, the Sumy region, Nedrigaylovsky district, the village of Zasulye.

Education

1980: Lomonosov Moscow State University

In 1980 graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University in history.

1990: VZFE

In 1990 graduated from the All-Russian correspondence financial and economic institute (Moscow) in finance and the credit.

2003: Candidate of Economic Sciences

In 2003 received degree of the candidate economic sciences of century Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance.

Career

1970: Service in the VTR

In 1970 - 1973 served in Navy.

1974: Ministry of Finance of the USSR

From 1974 to 1991 worked in the Ministry of Finance of the USSR where promoted from personnel and educational work instructor to the acting as the head of department of the personnel and educational institutions of a financial system.

1991

State personnel of the USSR

In 1991 it was appointed the first deputy chief of administrative finance division of the State personnel of the USSR.

Since the end of 1991 on 1993 worked as the deputy CEO of joint venture "Owls. IT. Expert.".

Till 1997 - the vice chairman of the board, the Head of Department of personnel, the board member of Russian State Insurance Company.

From 1997 to 2004 the representative of Government Office of the Russian Federation.

In 1997 - the deputy chief of Department - the head of department of problems of development of the federal relations of Department of interaction with the subjects of the Russian Federation and communications with the Federation Council.

In 1998 it was appointed the deputy chief of Department of regional development and in communications with the Federation Council.

Since 1999 - the deputy chief of Department of regional development, in January, 2002 was transferred to a position of the head of the department of regional development.

In May, 2004 it was appointed the associate director of Department of regional monitoring of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2004: Senior vice president of Gazprombank

Since 2004 - the Senior vice president of JSC Gazprombank^[1].

2006: Vice chairman of the board

From 2006 to 2016 - the Vice chairman of the board of JSC Gazprombank^[2].

2011: MIEP OF MGIMO

In 2011 - 2016 worked part-time professor of basic department of Gazprombank "Economy and banking business" in MIEP MGIMO. Developed and taught a special course "Corporate management and work with bank staff" for students of the 1st rate of the master program "International Banking Business"^[3].

2014: Saint Petersburg State University Graduate School of Management

Since 2014 - the member of the board of trustees of the Higher school of management of SPBSU.

2020: Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation

For July, 2020 - the member of expert advice, the deputy first vice rector for government relations and regions of Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
