2021: Create a digital platform based on SAP Sports One

On April 12, 2021, SAP CIS announced that the Dynamo-Moscow football club is creating a single digital system based on the SAP Sports One solution, which will contain all the information on players - from the training process to medical data and physical parameters. The service was launched in 2020. The solution will allow you to manage the team, plan training, track the physical condition of players, medical appointments.

The system will allow you to take into account both internal data collected based on the behavior and physical condition of players during training, as well as information from various external systems that allows you to analyze matches with other teams. The teams of the club's football academy will also be connected to the cloud platform. In addition to the Lev Yashin Central Academy in Moscow, Dynamo-Moscow, together with the main shareholder of VTB Bank, has plans to open branches throughout the country. As of April 2021, a branch is already operating in the Republic of Dagestan, in total, up to 4 regional branches are planned to be created until 2023. The service will aggregate all information on the development of young players, starting from their first steps in sports. This will create a single statistical base on the profiles of young football players, which will significantly increase the effectiveness of working with young people.

SAP is an international vendor that has its own data center located in Russia - in Moscow. It will also host data collected by Dynamo-Moscow in SAP Sports One, which is fully consistent with Russian law.

With the arrival of a shareholder in the club represented by VTB Bank, the development vector was set for the digitalization of the main business processes. Launched together with SAP, the system made internal sports processes convenient and transparent, significantly increasing the productivity of youth football. SAP Sports One, as a single system of analytics and data collection, is the core of the club's sports digital platform, "said Pavel Pivovarov, General Director, Chairman of the Board of FC Dynamo-Moscow.
