Biography and career

14 Mara 1967 in Budyonnovsk of Stavropol Krai was born.

1990: MINH

In 1990 graduated from the Moscow institute of the national economy it V.G. Plekhanova (since 2010 - the Russian Economic University (REU) of G.V. Plekhanov).

Was trained at the State university to Higher School of Economics according to the MVA-Finansy program and Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation (since 2010 - the Russian Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA)).

1992: Sberbank

In Sberbank worked since 1992, was the head of the credit department and economic work of the Budyonnovsk bank department. In 1994 - 1996 - the deputy manager, in 1996 - 2000 - the managing director of the Budyonnovsk department.

2000: North Caucasian bank of Sberbank of the Russian Federation

In 2000 it is appointed the director of management of the organization of work with clients of the Stavropol bank of Sberbank of Russia (since 2001 - the North Caucasian bank of Sberbank). Joined the board of bank, in 2001 headed management of crediting of the North Caucasian bank.

In 2003 - 2004 - worked in temporary administration on management of the Far East bank of Sberbank.

2004: Return to the North Caucasian bank of Sberbank of the Russian Federation

In March, 2004 it was appointed the vice chairman of the board of the North Caucasian bank of Sberbank of Russia.

2007: West Siberian bank of Sberbank of the Russian Federation

From April, 2007 to June, 2011 - the chairman of the West Siberian bank of Sberbank of Russia.

2011: Vice chairman of the board

In June, 2011 it was appointed to the position of the Vice chairman of the board of Sberbank of Russia German Gref.

2013: Central Russian bank of Sberbank of Russia

On June 7, 2013 it was appointed the vice president of Sberbank - the chairman of the Central Russian bank (services the Moscow, Tver, Kaluga, Bryansk, Smolensk, Tula, Yaroslavl, Kostroma, Ivanovo, Ryazan regions). Headed the Territorial Development direction in Sberbank.

2018: Governor of the Lipetsk region

On October 2, 2018 Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed Igor Artamonov the acting as Lipetsk region^[1].

In the Uniform Voting day, on September 8, 2019, with result of 67.29% in the first round of elections of the Head of administration of the Lipetsk region won a victory.

On September 13, 2019 entered a position of the Governor (head of administration) of the Lipetsk region.

Family
