Purpose of the project solution "Examination"

The project solution "Examination" is intended for the credit institutions having the considerable amount of retail lending.

The project solution is focused on complex automation of verification process of credit requests and can be integrated with automated systems of the customer.

"Examination" provides decrease in labor input and increase in speed of verification of requests for issuance of credits, increases quality of their assessment for the benefit of reduction of risk of crediting.

Functionality

The following belongs to the main functionality of the project solution "Examination":

• storage in a uniform information structure of diverse data;
• creation of archive of formal files on objects of check;
• implementation of "end-to-end" search in all available information;
• hands-off processing of requests of any complexity, including in batch mode;
• providing necessary information in a report type;
• formation of statistic reports;
• visualization of the generated reports (business graphics, special templates of data output) and also data view on cartographic schemes;
• export of data to MS Word, MS Excel;
• setup for different scopes depending on structure of the information arrays connected to a system;
• automation of a workplace of the verifier;
• automatic interaction with systems by means of [1]XML files.

Structure of the project solution "Examination"

The project solution "Examination" is implemented based on the instrumental CronosPRO database management system. The solution includes specially designed databanks, the web interface and modules:

• the search module in information arrays;
• decision making module;
• module of formation of answers;
• automated system of "DataMiner".

The search module in information arrays creates requests for the appeal to local databanks. After receiving the answer the module normalizes the found information. The module of decision making analyzes information obtained in search result and compares it to information provided by the borrower then issues assessment according to the credit request. Results are transmitted to specialized bank of data. The module of formation of answers is intended for interaction of the project solution "Examination" with the automated banking systems and remote users. Interaction is performed by means of exchange [2]of XML files. The automated system of "DataMiner" allows to receive in the automatic mode necessary data from information Internet resources. A system unifies the received answers and provides them to users in an evident type. The structure of modules of the project solution and also their setup, are defined, proceeding from features of business processes of the organization and the customer's wishes.

Implementation options

Two options of implementation of the project solution "Examination" are possible:

• interaction online with the Informational portal of "Interregional bureau of credit histories";
• adaptation of Examination to requirements of the customer and its implementation on technical base of credit institution.

Operation of the project solution

The project solution "Examination" functions as in the single-user, and multi-user modes. The web interface of the solution provides remote access of regional divisions to necessary information arrays. For evident display of interrelations between objects in the solution there are visualization tools. Search results and data processings are provided to users in a report type whose form can be designed by users.

Administration

Administration of a system includes:

• backup with protection of copies against external viewing;
• archiving of copies;
• audit of structure and information on existence of errors;
• optimization of data in a system;
• differentiation of access rights;
• fixing of actions of users and data on system operation.

Technical requirements:

• the Windows 2000, Windows XP SP2 operating system [3] it (is recommended), Windows 7 (Vista) [4] ;
• the processor is not lower than Pentium IV of 2 GHz;
• RAM, RAM of 512 MB;
• empty seat on the hard drive not less than 10 Gbytes;
• the network interface card of the Ethernet standard from 100 Mbit/sec.
