Since May 1, 2013 Andrey Bryatkov is appointed the technical director of Rosservice Private company. The new head has eight-year work experience in this position in the companies of the industry of telecommunications. Before transition to Rosservice, it held a position of the technical director in JSC Russian Telecommunication Network (DZO JSC Rostelecom), earlier – in JSC ARCTEL.

"The main objective which the management of Rosservice sets before me – to build new competences on hardware maintenance of customers and infrastructure management of the company, quickly reacting to requirements of the market", - Andrey Bryatkov noted, commenting on appointment.

Andrey Bryatkov has experience of implementation of engineering designs, including development of a billing system, construction of MGMN network, creation of DPC, development of systems of information security, creation of IT infrastructure of the companies, the organizations of services of monitoring and the Service Desk systems.

Andrey Bryatkov was born on October 25, 1975 in Leningrad. In 1998 graduated from Saint Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation majoring in "Computer systems, systems and networks". Upon termination of university it was employed in Federal State Unitary Enterprise Information and analytical Center of the mayor's office of St. Petersburg. Since 1999 worked in the companies of the telecommunication sector: Master Svyaz SPB Ltd, St. Petersburg branch of JSC "MegaFon", JSC ARCTEL, JSC Russian Telecommunication Network.
