"The Gazprom gas distribution Belgorod" completed upgrade of a system of protection of PDN

On October 3, 2013 the Softline company announced project completion on creation of a system of personal data protection for the Belgorodoblgaz enterprise.

Project Tasks

Making the decision on creation SZPDN the management of JSC Belgorodoblgaz aimed to provide protection and safe use of information systems where personal data, their confidentiality, integrity, availability and accountability are stored and processed when processing. In addition, according to requirements of the law, it is necessary to reduce risk of security risks of PDN by the methods and by methods of data protection determined by regulating and methodical documents of FSTEC and FSB.

The contractor of the project was selected the tender where the Softline company became the winner.

Project Progress

The project is implemented using hardware and software systems from Positive Technologies, Stonesoft, CryptoPro, Code of Security, Aladdin.

During the project specialists of Softline conducted examination of the cybersecurity systems, developed the concept of information system protection of storage and personal data processing, the engineering design of a new system of their protection, a set of the organizational and administrative documentation regulating processing of PDN. Are carried out: trial operation of the solution and acceptance tests SZPDN. Works are performed on 6 platforms of the customer, during the project the ZPDN system is unrolled on 8 servers and 25 jobs.

Project Development

On October 21, 2016 the Softline company announced project implementation on personal data protection in Gazprom Gas Distribution Belgorod company.

According to requirements of the state regulators the company is obliged to provide personal data protection of subscribers. The IT partner of the project on creation of an information security system selects Softline company.

Experts of the contractor developed models of security risks, prepared documentation regulating processing and personal data protection.

In the project software solutions of Code of Security company are used and configured:

• Secret Net 7,
• vGate,
• hardware and software system "Sable",
• APKSh "Continent",
• Software XSpider 7.8 from Positive Technologies.

Upon completion of implementation tests and start of a system are carried out to operation.

Project Results

In a project deliverable the customer received the reliable and scalable system of personal data protection conforming to requirements of the legislation and optimum compatible to its IT infrastructure. Also the secure channel of transfer of confidential information between head office and remote branches was configured. Daily the enterprise processes the large volume of personal data of subscribers.
