2018: Prolongation of the outsourcing contract about Croc

On July 17, 2018 the Rusfinance Bank company announced prolongation of the outsourcing contract with CROC for service support and administration of a backup system of business applications, including the automated banking system and scoring. Within five years of CROC Rusfinance Banka in Moscow and safety of corporate data in case of any IT incidents provides stability of infrastructure of DPC.

According to the company, due to setup and management of specialists of CROC of infrastructure for storage and data backup, Rusfinance Bank ensures continuous functioning of the customer services and IT applications for employees. At possible IT failure or data loss recovery of information is performed according to the approved parameters of copying, storage and data recovery.

For us it was important to receive the service solution which provides backup of large-scale IT infrastructure. Daily we service thousands of clients, creating a huge number of data: transactions, online transactions, requests. Therefore failure of this or that IT system is always sensitive for bank and requires operational maintenance. The service offered CROC helped us to increase data protection level from loss. Already more than 5 years we run smoothly, saving the high level of availability the front office of systems.

2013: Transfer on outsourcing in "YuNIT-Orgtekhniku" PC service and office equipment

On December 19, 2013 it became known of the large-scale project of IT outsourcing implemented by YuNIT-Orgtekhnika company for the benefit of Rusfinance Banka.

Project Tasks

The feature of the project is that all processes on PC service and office equipments are transferred in all points of presence of bank to one contractor. Rusfinance Bank - one of the largest in the Russian market, its divisions are present at all regions from Kaliningrad to Kamchatka.

Rusfinance Bank decided to pass to outsourcing.

  • Reduction in cost of services within service of sales points and offices Rusfinance Banka in the territory of all Russia was our purpose always that finally should have a positive impact on the client, but provided that it is impossible to worsen service quality. We already tried a set of methods that to reach it. And we came to understanding that outsourcing, perhaps, is the only thing from possible for us solutions at the moment, the reduction in cost of cost value of services and to save at the same time high quality of customer service allowing to receive. Therefore were given service for maintenance of operability of jobs of employees of the bank to outsourcing in all territory of Russia and service of printing (service of the multiple copying equipment). Today on service our partner has several thousands of jobs and units of KMT.

In addition, responsibility of the contractor extends also to works out of regulations which are meant as execution of the non-standard tasks which are beyond typical service. Periodically there is a need for the organization, for regions, communication channels or in maintenance of operability of the systems of level of infrastructure.

Specifics of the project

The uniqueness of the project is that services of the contractor extend not to separate branch or the city, and to all territory of the Russian Federation where there is Rusfinance Bank – from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok.

As a result of this project all bank staff occupied earlier with service in presence points Rusfinance Banka in the territory of Russia is replaced by employees of the contractor. Earlier at Rusfinance Banka at each large city there was a specialist or a little which serviced, both the locality, and adjacent territories. Now services are rendered by the staff of the company contractor.

This project - the second, first started in 2007.

In 2011 the bank was faced the need of optimization of cost value of service with preserving and even improvement of its quality again. The project was begun with the pilot.

To stages of the pilot project executed by YuNIT-Orgtekhnika company it was succeeded to pass more than 25% of efficiency to an indicator. The pilot proceeded three months, and after collecting of statistics, dialogs with business, discussions of project deliverables, the decision on the beginning of deployment of service in network of bank which began in August, 2012 and ended exactly a year later - in August, 2013 is made.

Yury Gribanov, the founder "YuNIT-Orgtekhnika", emphasized: "The project in Rusfinance Banke is really unique for the bank industry in the Russian Federation. It is the first case when all functions enikeya are transferred to one contractor across all territory of presence. In any case I did not hear about similar projects. The main difficulty which we met — counteraction on places. People got used to a certain format of service, they did not want that it changed. But, thanks to firmness and aiming at the end result from the management of bank, "disturbing" signals from regions did not affect negatively the project course. In the future, in Rusfinance Banke we are going to organize service on the "system IT outsourcing" format (support of all infrastructure, except specialized software). So far it is also not implemented yet in one bank Cardinally we had not to change our internal processes, but to dopilivat seriously – yes, I will not hide. But now, having experience in Rusfinance Banke, we are ready to start the similar project in more short time and with smaller losses, but all with the same cost and managerial efficiency. We strongly had not to change the number of employees too as we locate a permanent stock in 25% of resources for a project startup of any scale".

Project Results

In a project deliverable service quality became much better, and costs were noticeably reduced.
