The research center TAdviser announced a release of the first[1]overview "The CPM Systems in Russia 2014". By estimates of TAdviser, in 2012 the Russian market of performance management systems the enterprise (corporate performance management, CPM) made in the amount of about 5 billion rubles, including sales of software licenses and the implementation services rendered by system integrators.
As the overview of the market for 2012 was carried out by TAdviser for the first time, assessment of market size in dynamics in relation to the previous years was not made. Most of the industry experts polled by the research center agree with assessment in 5 billion rubles. So, Roman Tkachyov, the head BPM experts Technoserv Consulting, considers the lower level for market assessment for 2012 digit in $50 million (about 1.6 billion rubles). Alexey Kuchin, the head on development of practice of CPM "CORUS Consulting", believes that in 2012 the market did not exceed a level in 4-6 billion rubles. Maxim Andreyev, the director of business applications of CROC company, counts up that the speech could go about the amount within $100-200 million without a public sector (i.e. from about 3.2 to 6.4 billion rubles).
The Russian market of CPM for January, 2014, despite the growing number of implementation projects, still remains very narrow technology market, thus rather unripe. Nevertheless, most vendors and integrators fix a tendency to growth.
In base of implementations TAdviser for January, 2013 there were 329 CPM projects placed in base for all history of observations. From them in 2012 111 projects are implemented. These are about 20% of number of the projects implemented in a year in the field of implementation of CPM in all industries except for a public sector. As the base of projects gives only a certain cut of the market, it is impossible to judge on its basis shares of vendors, but it is possible to select the leading solutions. For all history of observation on the frequency of implementation the following systems are in the lead: 1C: Consolidation (including PROF version), Oracle Hyperion, Intersoft Lab: Circuit, group of the solutions IBM Cognos.
According to data of own research of TAdviser within which comparison of CPM systems presented at the Russian market was carried out, systems have the most complete functionality Oracle Hyperion, IBM Cognos and Prestima: they got the highest GPA on set of opportunities (72-73%). The GPA more than 70% was gained also by the SAP solutions intended for budgeting automation. Let's note that the CPM systems of Oracle, IBM and SAP are recognized leaders in the world market of performance management systems of the enterprise. Prestima is the system of domestic development (it is created by NPO Kompyyuter), which based on a research does not concede to the western analogs.

The public sector is a subject for separate estimates as there were needs of a certain sort for management of financial performance and a circle of the integrators servicing them. Here it is possible to cite as an example solutions of the "Budget and Financial Technologies (BFT)" company entering into IBS Group holding. The systems of own development of the company, "ADC-Finance" and others, only in 2013 were used in 2.8 thousand projects. In the field of automation of financial performance the company works first of all with the state customers.
It is interesting that most integrators which it is considered to be large are anyway involved in automation of CPM, but occasionally implement only a few large projects in a year on the western platforms from SAP or Oracle whereas local developers can execute tens and hundreds of projects on the basis of own developments. At the same time, as most market participants provide narrow solutions for certain customers, to select someone in leaders very difficult due to lack of horizontal market coverage. For reference in the table revenues of some integrators in the market of CPM systems are included below.
