The main development of NitroDesk company — the application under the name TouchDown intended for isolation and protection of corporate data on mobile devices. The application works at platforms Android and iOS though the version for iOS differs in smaller feature set because of features of the operating system.
TouchDown monitors that the data which are in the isolated container were not copied outside. Besides, it supports security policies of Microsoft Exchange, management of access rights and data loss prevention.
Many other developers of security aids for mobile devices are engaged in distribution of programs of NitroDesk. Symantec says that the relations with other companies will not change in the nearest future. The prices will remain the same, and TouchDown will be delivered still as a part of Symantec App Center, but, apparently, already under other brand. The company does not publish more detailed plans.
