2020: Automation of monitoring the implementation of measures to prevent COVID-19

On May 27, 2020, the ITPS group of companies announced the automation of the process of monitoring the implementation of measures to prevent coronavirus infection (COVID-19), contained in the Letter of Rospotrebnadzor dated 20.04.2020 No. 02/7376-2020-24. The agency recommends that organizations and employers ensure the implementation and control of compliance by their employees with all prescribed safety measures in the room, transport, street, etc.

On May 12, 2020, the regime of official non-working days, designated by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, was completed, and enterprises begin to gradually withdraw their teams to jobs. The main condition is a clear implementation of the norms, requirements and recommendations for the prevention of COVID-19, i.e. ensuring all measures to promptly respond to possible risks to the health of workers. And these are fundamentally different tasks for most companies: to purchase and provide personnel with protective equipment (gloves, masks and sanitizers), organize temperature measurement, conduct surveys on the state of health of employees and persons living with them, as well as monitor the implementation of the necessary safety and prevention standards.

The ITPS group of companies applied a digital approach and automated the functions of collecting data on the implementation of regulations and preparing reports for government agencies. On the internal portal, a survey was created that allows you to ensure control over the fulfillment of the necessary requirements by employees, compile analytics and provide a report at the request of the regulator. The digital solution records data for each employee of the enterprise: body temperature, method of movement (on foot, public or personal transport), independent assessment of well-being and other parameters. Statistics in the form of graphs and diagrams are formed by pressing one button and allows you to quickly obtain data for a group of people or for each specific user.

The threat of the spread of COVID-19 has made changes to the work of all organizations. We switched to remote mode quickly and almost seamlessly. Now we, like everyone else, turn step by step back to the traditional style of work. How to monitor compliance with recommendations and report to the regulator? To solve such a problem, using a digital form is cheaper and more productive, this does not distract from the main business tasks, the report is formed in a matter of minutes, and most importantly, this tool is always "at hand." Do not forget - the data is collected not only for reporting, but for a timely assessment of the current state of employees, obtaining feedback on the effectiveness of preventive measures and planning further actions in this direction,
