The economic crisis led to the fact that the credits became unavailable to SME and are complicated for large enterprises.

Filtering of foreign solutions

Sanctions war and import substitution also had an impact on the market. Business was forced to select foreign solutions of such firms which probability to be banned in the Russian Federation would be minimum. Besides at the beginning of a year interruptions in delivery of the western equipment and software were observed. Olesya Lachugina notes that optimization of IT budgets will lead to growth of interest in IT services and increase in number of rather small projects which cost will not exceed 30 million rubles.

Additional services can become free

Tatyana Rakitkina adds that along with desire to receive the same services for smaller means, the enterprises are ready and to consider offers on receiving additional services from providers within the recorded cost. It is possible that the aspiration of the companies to reduce costs will result in exasperation of the competition among domestic suppliers. The last will be forced to improve the services a little more often than it was earlier.

In 2015 IT service providers observe transition from purchase model to lease model. The free software will be used more actively in large-scale projects

It is expected that large-scale projects in the field of IT services start not earlier than 2016. IT service providers expect end of 2015 to analyze changes in the market. Perhaps, demand for the free software which was not considered seriously earlier will grow. It will demand implementation of new projects on implementation and technical support.

In the nearest future customers of IT services will show bigger interest in solutions on processing of large volume of data (Big Data) and also client analytics.

The need for the Russian DPCs will increase

According to him now the Russian community OpenStack – one of the most popular and dynamically developing open platforms for creation of cloud solutions actively grows.

The importance of information security will grow

It is expected that till 2018 the importance of information security will increase that will lead to increase in demand for IT services in this sphere. Also development of "cloud computing" can have a considerable impact on the market.

"Till 2018 use of "cloud" services in corporate environment in Russia will become mass, especially in the field of small and medium business. Growth of this segment of business can exceed 80% a year. Transition to "clouds" is a new level of a maturity not only clients, but also the IT, in other words, is readiness to pass from IT services to information services", - Tatyana Rakitina predicts.

Transparent financial models are interesting to customers

Customers will also be interested in services with transparent model of return of investments in the short term, or in services and services which will allow to save within financial year. It is about services of IT outsourcing, mobile application development, BI.

According to its forecasts the market of IT services will be seriously diversified. For example, most of players adapted earlier and implemented foreign products. Now they should focus on the examination on development of own products.

Experts consider that demand for domestic solutions will grow in such areas where the high level of data protection is crucial. In this direction the most perspective task is creation of the protected virtualization platform based on the open source.
