2019: The agreement about Croc on joint implementation of IoT-solutions for motor transport

IT- the company "Croc" and the supplier of the telematic solutions Meta System on March 26, 2019 announced signing of the contract on joint implementing solutions for a car transport on the basis of IoT (Internet of Things). The product represents the telematic device and software for data collection and processing in real time. In more detail here.

2017: Insurance taking into account telematic parameters of driving

SPAO "Ingosstrakh" began with summer of 2017 signing of the contracts of insurance taking into account telematic parameters of driving. The technical partner, developer, equipment manufacturer, analysis systems of telematic data the supplier of the telematic solutions Meta System acts.

Clients of the company, insuring the car on KASKO, will be able to install the telematic device on the insured vehicle. It will transfer to SPAO "Ingosstrakh" data on a driving manner in relation to the vehicle. These data can be used further for the specified calculation of an insurance rate for the insurance contract on the vehicle for new term. At the same time the client in process of management of the car has an opportunity to perform monitoring of the manner of driving in the form in which it is fixed by the telematic device (INGO Drive application). Thus, there is an additional opportunity to create premises for application to a basic insurance rate of more preferential for the client of correction factor depending on the recorded driving manner.

As of June, 2017 for lifetime of the company more than 7 million telematic devices were activated. The company has more than 150 patents.

According to Meta System in 2015 a month about 150 thousand telematic devices were activated.
